Onboarding and go-live

How a partner gets from signed agreement to live traffic.

Onboarding runs in five stages. The first and last are ours; the middle three are yours.

  1. Agreement and business verification. The commercial agreement is signed and business verification completes. Pricing, settlement terms, markets and limits are fixed at this stage.
  2. Credentials issued. You receive your base URL, API key and webhook signing secret.
  3. Build and test. Integrate payments, payouts, status polling and webhook handling.
  4. Certification. We walk the go-live checklist with you: signature verification, idempotent retries, correct handling of non-final statuses, and reconciliation against the ledger.
  5. Production enabled. Live credentials are activated and your account limits are applied.

Timing: Stages 1 and 2 depend on your documents reaching us. Stages 3 to 5 are usually the shorter half.

What we need from you#

  • A technical contact who owns the integration.
  • The webhook URL you want outcomes delivered to. It must be HTTPS.
  • The markets and payment methods you intend to use.
  • Your expected transaction volume and peak rate, so limits are set correctly.
